Mboa.link allows users to display mobile money payment information (such as MTN MoMo and Orange Money numbers) on their profiles. We do not process payments directly and are not responsible for any transactions between users and their visitors.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information and for any disputes arising from transactions.

The Mboa.link platform, including its design, logo, features, and functionality, is owned by Mboa.link and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.

The Mboa.link name, logo, and all related names, logos, and product names are trademarks of Mboa.link.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mboa.link shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mboa.link and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on our platform or sending you an email. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
